R&S Budds uses modern CNC & manual machinery to produce turned components, providing flexibility to produce one offs or 1000s off. We are equally at home rapairing a damged or worn shaft, making a replacment part to to a sample as we are producing 1000s of parts to customers drawings. The automatic bar feeder porvides for unmanned operation for the larger quantity jobs. We have a large range of chucks and work holding equipment and can readily machine diameters, tapers, screw threads (internal & external, special or multistart) bores, etc. TURNING CAPACITIES: 260mm dia over carrage x 1250mm between centers. 660mm max dia in gap
