Quantity is an obvious factor and R&S BUDDS can help make jobs, which are almost uneconomical, a viable prospect. Making use of low cost production tooling is often the key. Simple but effective fixturing made, and used by us, at a nominal cost can allow the job to go into production. Tooling can always be upgraded to suit when, and if, demand requires. Making and using simple press tooling is a good example of this where a complex multi stage progression press tool would be an excessive cost, low cost simple tooling can be the key.
