Our trained staff constantly check the parts being produced and carefully pack and label them ready to be sent out to our wide customer base. All mould tools run on our machines are regularly checked, cleaned and serviced to provide clean, accurate components. Any problems or tool defects are soon spotted and can be quickly rectified in our extensive tool room.
We can manufacture new injection mould tools in our tool room, further details can be found in the "mould tools" section of this site. Rapid turnaround can be achieved on new mould tooling; we have the experience of running mould tools and knowledge of which areas are most likely to cause problems in production, therefore can minimise these in the design stage.
